This is a great summer snack for the kiddos! Mom & Dad, you'll like it too. Best of all the kids can help make them. They're simple, fun & delicious! (psst... Don't tell anyone, but they're also a wee-bit healthy!)
Ingredients:
- Newton's Fruit Thins (Fig & Honey) Cookies
- Vanilla Flavored Greek Yogurt
- Pluots (Plum-Apricots), sliced
- Pineapple, cut into tidbits
- Blueberries
Method:
Spread a small amount of vanilla yogurt onto a fruit thin cookie. Top with fruit slices to make a face. We used a pluot slice for the mouth; pineapple tidbit for the nose; and blueberries for the eyes. But, feel free to get creative. Make it fun. There is no wrong way to do it. When your finished, gobble them up! They are so good! Just remember, don't let them sit for too long. They will get soggy.

We had so much fun making these, together! By the time it was over, we had four-eyed aliens and eyebrow monsters!
What will you make?
Thank you for sharing at Tuesday Trivia. This cookie is so cute, a fun way to get the kids to eat some fruit. Pinning and sharing on google+
