Sweet Italian Cream Cocktail

Hot or cold, this cocktail is simply delightful! It tastes just like an Italian cream cake, or perhaps even almond cookies. I'm telling you this drink is divine - and not to mention, super easy to make!

I first fell in LOVE with the warm version back when it was still bitter cold outside, and I needed a little something to warm me up. But now that the days are warmer, I decided to try it cold. And you know what? It is still amazing. If you like drinks that are on the sweeter side, give it a try. You'll love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot Disaronno (add a little more, if you're feeling spunky.)
  • 6 - 10 oz Almond Milk (I used the Original flavor.)

Method:

Simply mix together and enjoy. Or place it in a mug, and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes, if you prefer a warm drink. (Remember to give it another quick stir after you nuke it.)

Optional topping: (I don't usually add these, but they do make it pretty.)

  • Whipped cream
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes

Enjoy!
