There is something to be said about a recipe that is
SO GOOD that you decide that you just have
to start the blog that you've been thinking about
for so long. This is THAT recipe!
The reason Florassippi Girl was born...
This turned out so much better than I had hoped! The buttery Ritz crackers and zesty ranch dip combine to make flavorful and moist chicken strips that will have your family coming back for more!
Printable Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-2 pounds Chicken Breast Tenderloin (10-15 strips)
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
- 1 (16 oz) packet Ranch Dip
- Salt and Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with tinfoil and spraying the tinfoil with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, crumble the Ritz crackers until fine. Sprinkle the ranch dip over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well.
Remove veins from chicken strips with a knife. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each side of chicken. Press strip into crumb mixture, flipping and repeating, until all sides are coated.
Lay 'breaded' strips on prepared baking sheet. Make sure they do not touch. Sprinkle each strip with Parmesan cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven until they are golden brown and the middles are no longer pink, approximately 40 minutes.
Serve with any dip you like, or enjoy by themselves. They are so flavorful on their own, you really don't need any dip.
I hope your family enjoys these as much as mine did!!
