A Thanksgiving and Christmas Tradition! Sweet mandarin oranges pair with tangy cranberries, then warm spices bring it all together beautifully. It's so tasty (and not to mention easy!), you'll want to add it to your menu throughout the year.
This salad only gets better with time! It is recommended that it rest for 12-24 hours before serving, so it's perfect to throw together the night before the big day of cooking. You'll make between 4 and 6 servings with these measurements. Simply increase as necessary to accomodate the size of your gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 - 14 oz. can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 - 15oz. can Mandarin Orange Slices, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Dash Nutmeg
Method:
Drain mandarin orange slices, and roughly chop them into smaller pieces. You do not have to be exact with this.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. That's it... Easy-peasy and so delicious!
Stir before serving.
Enjoy!
